Events & Webinars

Learn, connect, and demonstrate — on a global scale. GUTEC events are designed to solve real problems, share evidence, and connect talent with companies and administrations. We operate in online, hybrid, and in-person formats (at partner venues), with broadcasts and materials accessible whenever feasible.

Types of events

Technical clinics (hands-on)

60–90 min sessions to solve specific challenges: BIM/MEP coordination, 4D/5D & EVA, HEC-RAS/HMS/SWMM, FEM (ETABS/SAP/Robot), IEC-61850/OT/SCADA, Fire Safety performance, Data Centers (commissioning/operation), ESG & LCA, FIDIC/NEC, and claims.

Industry Talks

Talks on applied innovation, lessons learned, and project governance (PMO/ESG/OT/security). No hidden marketing: metrics and traceability.

Demo Days (capstones and Labs)

Defenses before a mixed panel (teachers + industry). Focus on evidence: IFC/BC3/CSV models, WBS/4D/5D, dashboards, FEM/HEC hypotheses, SCL/61850, LCA sheets. Objective: employability and transferability (companies can ask technical questions).

Round tables / Regulation

Practical sessions at partner sites, works/plants, or control centers (with EHS). Production: limited capacity, PPE, permits, and “no-photo” policy if required.

Job fairs & Hiring Sprints

Recruitment events with speed interviews, company stands, schedule by time zone, and short talks by role (BIM MEP, PM 4D/5D, OT/SCADA, Hydrology/SUDS, Structures, Data Centers, ESG). Optional: short technical tests and matching in 7–14 days.

Technical portfolio

Discussions on regulations, interoperability (IFC/BC3/CSV), taxonomies, CPI/PPP, and trends.
