For businesses: How it works.

Role, responsibilities, sector, stack, language, time zone, modality, location, EHS, compensation/benefits, target date, and must-haves.

  • 5–8 profiles with portfolio, skill score, and availability.
  • Option of a brief technical test (2–4 hours) designed by GUTEC or the company.

Technical + cultural interview; access to the candidate's GUTEC project rubrics.
Offer and onboarding with adoption playbooks (CDE, QA/QC, naming, 4D/5D, OT security, ESG).

  • Onboarding survey (30–60 days) and adoption coaching if there are gaps.
  • Information for in-company upskilling plan (optional).

Posting → shortlist: ≤10 days.
Interviews → offer: ≤15 days.
Target acceptance rate: ≥70% of offers.

International compliance (visas, NDAs, privacy, EHS)

Visas and mobility: we issue letters when appropriate, but the final decision rests with the company/country.

NDAs: confidentiality and IP defined; data anonymized when using portfolios with sensitive material.

Privacy: processing based on legal grounds (educational service and consent); ARSOPL rights (response ≤30 days).

EHS: for on-site activities (construction site/plant), mandatory briefing, PPE, and prohibition of registration where applicable.

Non-discrimination: blind processes where possible (no photo/age), objective and traceable selection criteria.
